Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders ship out Monday through Friday. When selecting US two-day and overnight shipping options, orders must be submitted by 8:00 am PST. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are pleased to offer shipping through our partner FedEx. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sona Golds is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Local delivery & In-store pickup

Currently, we do not offer local delivery or In-store pickup.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sonagolds@sonagolds.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

The only way to deliver to domestic P.O. boxes is via FedEx Ground Economy

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Sona Golds does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. We offer exchanges on select items within 14 days after receiving your item. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value within the same product category. (E.g. Jewelry for jewelry, watches for watches)
